Alireza Amirhajebi, born in Tehran in 1970, is an interdisciplinary artist. He studied audio and sonar design at IRCAM in Paris (1995-99). He collaborated in mutual project between IRCAM and Cite de Paris for controlling audio Pollution in 1997. Amirhajebi contributed in Joshua Fineberg and Stephan Mc Adams workshops at IRCAM and Institute de Psychologies (Rene Descartes University. Paris 5) in 1997.

Glass and Gliss. The piece shows an idea for presentation of capabilities and potential of open string sounds on classic guitar. At the same time, in sound recording and live performance. Glass and Gliss shows us that we are able to research and find many ways for generating sounds with minimum of facilities and equipment.
