Tympocaïne 200 is a live electronics duo composed of Roald Baudoux and Hugues Peeters. Founded in Brussels in 2018, it uses the principle of free improvisation on electroacoustic devices. Roald Baudoux comes from acousmatic music while Hugues Peeters toured as a keyboardist for many years in an industrial rock band.
Taniloo. Ethereal wefts, grains that crunch under the ear, matte or glossy impacts, fleeting or persistent sound beings, interspersed with images of sounds that appear from time to time, this diversity of sound weaves an ever unique sound path. Taniloo is representative of the current style of Tympocaïne 200, although this style has not stopped evolving since the foundation of the duo.
