Michał Janocha. Composer and conductor born in Łowicz, based in Poznań. His compositions have been performed in Poland, Spain, Hungary, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovakia and during festivals like: Warsaw Autumn Festival, Poznań Music Spring Festival, Młode Wilki ’15, CAFe Budapest Contemporary Arts Festival, MUSIC.DESIGN.FORM Festival, Átlátszó Hang New Music Festival. As conductor he mostly performs (and records) contemporary music. He worked with ensembles such as: Trans-for-Matha Ensemble, Orkest de Ereprijs, E-MEX Ensemble, Essential Ensemble, Poznań Philharmony, Philharmony in Szczecin, Philharmony in Rybnik. He is a member of SMEAMuz Poznań, member of Polish Society for Electroacoustic Music, member of Polish Composers’ Union, founder and conductor of Trans-for-Matha Ensemble, conductor in λ-ensemble (Poznań Laptop Orchestra), academic teacher in Academy of Music in Poznań.
