Soheil Shirangi was born in 1987 in Gorgan(Iran). Graduate of Tehran Conservatory. He has participated in classes and workshops of such professors as Nader Mashayakhi, Ardavan Vosoughi, Shahrdad Rohani, Joachim Heintz and Dimitri Papageorgiou. He is a second prize holder at International Electronic Music Festival “Reza Karourian” in Iran. His works have also been performed in countries such as Iran, Greece, Italy, Brazil, Germany, Romania and United States. Since 2018, Shirangi launched the ensemble Dream House, dedicated to the performance of contemporary music, especially the works of Cage-ian and post-Cage-ian aesthetics. He is also a scholarship holder at the Hamburg Media Festival in 2019.
